Personal:
I grew up in Green Bay, Wisconsin and moved to Georgia in 1997. My husband and I have been married for eleven years and have two children that go to Sweet Apple. Natalie is in fourth grade, and Phillip is in first grade. I have been involved with education for over 18 years already! I still love it and look forward to each day with my students! My interests include reading, cooking, going to Georgia Tech football games, relaxing at the beach, and learning how to play tennis...again! My goal for each year is to challenge your children in a warm, supportive environment. I want them to think outside of the box and develop a love for learning. My favorite quote is, "Learning is not a spectator sport." I share this with my classes at the beginning of the year and hopefully throughout the year they will see its value and understand why it's my favorite!
